Crownhill Park is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood in San Antonio just west of the airport and represented by CHPNA. Its primary residential subdivision of the same name (noted in yellow on map below) includes over 300 homes nestled on quiet tree-lined streets. Most subdivision residences are well maintained single family homes and approximately 90% are owner-occupied. The subdivision and some surrounding blocks are part of the desirable Alamo Heights ISD and the district's Robbins School, Tennis Center and Natatorium are located on the perimeter of the subdivision.
The Crownhill Park Neighborhood Association is a Texas non-profit corporation and entirely volunteer run. Its mission is to advocate for the common good and safeguard residential property values. We coordinate with City and State agencies to ensure our community is protected from threats and receives prompt attention to needs that arise.
Membership in the club is not mandatory for homeowners, but open to most residents within CHP. Nearby businesses may also be accepted as non-voting members. Click below to join for just $35 a year or send us a message to become a volunteer.
The CHPNA Board meets once a month via the web. Members are welcome attend meetings or request time on the agenda by sending a message via this website at least 3 days prior to an upcoming meeting. Board elections are held at the annual Membership Meeting each spring. Member households in good standing are allocated one vote on general ballots. See our By-Laws below for additional information.
By-Laws dictate how an organization operates by specifying the rights of members, powers of the Board of Directors, and procedures that must be followed. Any revisions to CHPNA By-Laws are typically voted upon at the annual Membership Meeting. The current approved edition is posted below.
