Crownhill Park is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood in San Antonio just west of the airport. Its residential section (noted in yellow on map below) includes over 300 homes nestled on quiet tree-lined streets and represented by CHPNA. Most residences are well maintained single family homes. Approximately 90% of our residences are owner-occupied. CHP is part of the desirable Alamo Heights ISD and the district's Robbins School, Tennis Center and Natatorium are located on the perimeter of the subdivision. Its voluntary Neighborhood Association safeguards property values and advocates for city improvements. Learn more about CHPNA below.
The Crownhill Park Neighborhood Association is an all-volunteer group of neighbors dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for all residents. We coordinate with City and State agencies to ensure our neighborhood is protected from threats and receives prompt attention to needs that arise.
The CHPNA Board meets once a month via the web. Members are welcome attend meetings and may request time on the agenda by sending a request via this website at least 3 days prior to an upcoming meeting.
Board elections are held at the annual Membership Meeting each spring. Member households in good standing are allocated one vote on all ballots. Click our membership page to join for just $35 a year or send us a message to become a volunteer:
By-Laws dictate how an organization operates by specifying the rights of members, powers of the Board of Directors, and procedures that must be followed. Revisions to CHPNA By-Laws were approved at the membership at the Annual Membership Meeting in 2025 and the updated version is posted below.
