Crownhill Park is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood in San Antonio just west of the airport. approximately 300 homes are nestled on quiet tree-lined streets and represented by CHPNA (noted in yellow on map below). Most residences are single family homes that are well maintained. Approximately 90% of our residences are owner-occupied. Approximately 5% of properties are sold each year. We are part of the Alamo Heights ISD and the district's Robbins School, Tennis Center and Natatorium are located on the perimeter of the subdivision. Our Neighborhood Association offers voluntary membership for as little as $35 per year.
The Crownhill Park Neighborhood Association is an all-volunteer group of neighbors dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for all residents. We coordinate with City and State agencies to ensure our neighborhood is protected from threats and receives prompt attention to needs that arise.
